Hello Family and Friends,

  My name is Frederick Cox, Jr. I currently have a critical need to move my family from Long Island, New York to Florida for health reasons. My wife, Michelle currently suffers from osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, and neuropathy. These disorders cause her constant pain and hinder her ability to fully function. With that said she is unable to work. Her physician advised us that a climate change to an environment such as Florida will be of great help.

  In addition to helping Michelle cope moving to Florida will better allow us to survive on a single income. Our only set back is that we don't have the funds necessary to make this important move. Therefore I am in need of some financial assistance which is why I started this GoFundMe account.
