Donations in memory of Rita Gutman

People have been reaching out recently asking about flowers or a cause that they can donate to in Rita's honor.  This page is to organize a place that people can donate money that will be going to Caring for a Cure out of MGH.  

Caring for a Cure not only helps to find a cure for cancer but just as importantly benefits the lives of cancer patients and their families as they go through this hard journy.  What Rita loved most about them was that it is an organization of nurses, just like Rita, from Mass General who come together to help provide a smile to those who need it most.  Rita and I were lucky enough to attend their annual charity event while Rita was going through treatment and saw first hand the impact these amazing nurses made.  For her birthday this year, they had reached out to me to discuss flying her out to Nantucket and had even worked on getting us in touch with the owners of Cisco Brewery (Rita's happy place) to get us a private tour and a space just for us to relax and enjoy life a bit more.  The nurses behind Caring for a Cure are truely amazing people as they care for these patients during the day and work endless hours behind the scenes to provide a quality of life for the people who could use it most.

This page will only be up for a few days but 100% of the donations will be going to Caring for a Cure in Rita's name.
