Mitch Manzanares Memorial Fund

Hi everyone, my name is Nina Galindo and I am trying to raise money on behalf of my children Mitch and Marina Manzanares for their father's funeral costs and Celebration of Life. We lost their dad Mitch Manzanares on Wednesday July 27th 2016 at around 9 p.m. to a heart attack. Big Mitch was taken way too soon from us. Mitch had accomplished so much in his short 49 years from the Junior Olympics as a young man to a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at 40 years of age and still had so much to look forward to. He always said though that his greatest accomplishments were our kids Mitch and Marina. Our son Mitch is in college following in his father's footsteps with a love for computer science and our little girl Marina was about to become a mother herself. We were expecting our first grandchild who was to be named Maya. Baby Maya was born 12 hours after Mitch passed the following morning on Thursday. We all loved Mitch and just want to do whatever we can to celebrate his life in a way that the many many friends and family he has would want. We will be holding a Celebration of Life for him on August 27th at the Manteca Gold Golf Course in the Chec Shari Hall upstairs from 11 to 3:30 in the afternoon. Big Mitch is to be cremated and his children are going to decide what they want to do with his ashes at a later date. This was such a shock and has devastated our entire family. Big Mitch not only left behind our children Mitch and Marina but also his loving father Chuck, his three sisters Theresa, Patty and Eileen as well as nieces Bonnie and Shauna and nephew Steve. Mitch was preceded in death by his loving mother Betty in 2013 as well as his niece Amber and nephew Adam. I don't know how much more loss one family can sustain I pray that the new life the lord blessed us with will help carry us through. RIP Mitch, we love you and miss you so much ❤
