NYC Marathon - Money for Miles!
Our Signature HealthCARE President and CEO, Joe Steier, turned 50 this year. He asked several of us to take the challenge and run a marathon with him, the New York City marathon to be exact. Why do it, you ask? We have the ability to do many things and push ourselves beyond the impossible. Why not? We are the Signature Nation!
This marathon is not only a bucket list opportunity but it's also chance for us to raise awareness for The Compassion Fund. The Compassion Fund started as an internal fundraiser designated to help stakeholders during times of crisis, whether house fires, death of a family member, sickness or other financial burden.
At Signature HealthCARE we are a compassionate company; we are family. As our company has grown over the years, so have the many personal needs of our 20,000+ stakeholders. This is a chance for us to spread the word and help others who cannot do for themselves.
The marathon is on Sunday, November 6, 2016. Joining me on this journey will be Joe Steier, Dianne Timmering, Denise Sethman-Bohnert, Rachel Kamau, Vinnie Barry and Kyle Browning.
Would you help us raise funds by donating at least a dollar per mile ($26.20) to The Compassion Fund?
