The crew at the City of Elgin building maintenance department is looking for your help. We are raising funds to help a fallen brother. About three weeks ago James "Fred" Frederick went to Puerto Rico to be with friends.  Shortly after arriving Fred had a medical emergency. He was required to be placed into a coma state and get stabilized before being flown back to the states. While he is here back in the Chicago area, he will be having what we can only guess would be astounding medical bills coming. The city of Elgin has allowed its employees that are qualified to donate some sick time to Fred, but not all can donate.
