Funeral Expenses for Kylie Mae

I am asking for help burying my 5 month old grandaughter. She passed away February 27, 2016 and am just now able to be her responsible next of kin. Her parents, both were given their chance to do the right thing and just as they have with her older brothers, they are the victims of whatever and move on when as parents they should be doing the right thing.
Her mother is incarcerated (my daughter) and the "father" has moved on to greener pastures and impregnating another girl in another state. So, trying since March 1 to do what was necessary to put this little baby to rest, their blood rights have come first before my and her rights. Finally got them out of the way and hit another roadblock. They still hold the cards because a minor cannot be cremated in the state of Texas without their notarized permission. So a $400 cremation has turned into a $2500 casket, plot, embalming, etc. I just didn't want her to be unclaimed and put at the Paupers Cemetery in Houston.
