Funeral for Rolando aka Coco

On Christmas eve 2020 my 77 year old dad, my 14 year old daughter and my then 10year old son, showed the first signs of coivd, the next day it really hit us. . My kids and i went to get tested on the 27th and we were positive. My dad dismissed it as a cold and from that point we were all bed ridden. My dad, Rolando, was hit the worst; as we started to feel slightly better, my dad was not making much improvement.  On January 14,  we called an ambulance, he was very weak and struggled to breathe, he was transported and admitted to the hospital. He had developed a pneumonia as a result of covid. His 2 week hospital stay was a rollercoaster ride of emotions and diagnosis alike. He briefly got better then much worse; he developed a pneumothorax which is a collaped lung, as a result was intubated later that day, a few days later his second lung collapsed. Rolando had many complications inbetween including kidney failure.  My dad finally succumbed to the covid caused pneumonia on January 29th.
