Friends and Family, 

Our beloved Debbie Hartin Koontz and family is in need of our support.  

On Monday, 6/13  Debbie underwent a procedure to remove a blood clot from her leg.  She encountered complications during surgery and is currently on life support surrounded by loved ones while arrangements are made for organ donation. 

This is a shock to us all. Debbie's husband Andy and her three children Donovan, Taylor and Torin all need our prayers and support. 

Debbie  has a huge heart and is such giving person.  She worked with and advocated for abused children, runaway teens, and served on the Gilbert police force for fourteen years.  Debbie has been such an asset to our community and spent her life giving to others and now she and her family are in need of financial support through this very difficult time. 

Donations are needed to help the family with medical and funeral costs.  Any amount would be greatly appreciated at this time.
