10k Per Day For The Speak In Club

Hello everyone my name is Jake Smedley & I am going to run 10k per day for the month of February in support of "The Speak In Club" mental health support group. Below is a bit about them which I took from there page;
" Hi all,
We are a newly founded group looking to give any help and/or mental health support to those who need it across bradford & beyond. We hope to offer a safe environment for everyone to express any worries or problems they have. Wether that is Mental Health struggles, Financial problems, Family worries, Work issues etc. and offer them the support they need or simply be that listening ear in a confidential environment.

I'm doing this as I belive whole heartedly in there cause, and as sufferer of mental health myself I know the struggle of finding someone to speak to when it's needed. I wanted to help a localised community group and these guys tick all the boxes.
They are a non profit organisation and all funding they have is through sponsorship, donations & merchandise sales.
I will be posting updates on my progress across social media as much as possible.
