HELP my sister!

My sister is one of the most generous and loving people I know, she would give her last penny to anyone else in need. The truth of the matter however, is that she is in most need of all. As a single mother of three children living in a bad neighborhood, she is in dire need of a relocation. She needs to create a better life for her children, with a safer environment and better schools. Two of her children are special needs and require extra schooling and care, which they are not properly receiving. She is trying to move to Pennsylvania this summer, and desperately needs help. My family has strapped themselves financially so far to make this happen, so I am reaching out to see if anyone else may be willing to help. I understand that many of you have other pressing obligations, or may already give to Charities of your choosing. So anything that you can spare, if anything at all, is greatly appreciated. Otherwise positive energy and good thoughts are also helpful in times of need.
