Sadaqa Jariya For Sufia Khatun
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيم
An elder of our local community Sufia Khatun has recently returned back to her Lord (May Allah Have Mercy On Him)
May Allah Grant her the loftiest of places in Jannah Tul Firdouse. Ameen.
Alhamdulillah we have created this charity appeal in her name. It will be a sadaqa jariya (ongoing charity) for her Insha'Allah.
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "When a man dies, his deeds come to an end except for three things: Sadaqah Jariyah (ceaseless charity); a knowledge which is beneficial, or a virtuous descendant who prays for him (for the deceased)." (Sahih Muslim)
We are trying to raise money for 3 Water wells, each to be built in a poor village in Bangladesh, giving them access to clean water can transform the lives of the whole community. Community water wells can serve more than 1,000 people.
So Insha'Allah for every sip a person takes out of this water well, every wudu done; She Insha'Allah will be rewarded.
Subhanallah imagine the rewards and the du'as she will be receiving even after she has passed away. Alhamdulillah.

Access to clean water can transform the lives of the whole community. Community water wells can serve more than 1,000 people. They are often located in arid areas where water is particularly scarce.
All of our water wells and pumps have an ongoing maintenance contract. A staff member or volunteer will travel with the well/water pump engineers to inspect them on a yearly basis. Any faults identified will be rectified. Insha-Allah this will ensure your Sadaqah Jariyah will continue for many years to come.
