Last year in October my family was devastated by a accident that put my husband in the hospital for just over a month. He was in the CCU in an induced coma and is currently unable to eat, talk or work. Nurses come by once a week. He's had many appointments, multiple surgeries and hospital stays in Phx.
He was a successful self-employed freight broker and the only one that was working while I stayed home with our baby and 12 yr old. His partner company was made aware of his situation and they have decided to take his clients based on "incapacity" . Legally they have this right. However, it leaves us without income in this disheartening time.
By the end of February we will no longer have our home and we have to sell anything we haven't lost.
We're hoping Vince can heal a little more without worrying about how we can make it through. He has 2 (I believe) more surgeries that will leave him unable to care for himself. We want to use the money to buy a travel trailer to live during his recovery.
