She was the kind of person you would all want in your life, she was full of life, she was the one person you can always count on, she lightened your day with her smile a smile like no other, growing up we would always say she was “La  Sonrisa del A~o”. “Smile of the Year” She loved Betty Boop, Music, Selena, Jenni Rivera and much More, Thursday’s Karaoke, Family Events and Live Music she was up there with a microphone singing.  She was always doing something always celebrating a birthday for our Mom for one of us Sisters, Nieces, Nephews, Friends.  If you needed help with anything no matter friends or family she was there to help she always did and never expected anything in return she was always giving with true honesty from the heart.  She was straight forward with everyone always expressed herself no filters never sugarcoats anything.  She wasn’t worried about people no liking her she loved herself just the was she was, she loved traveling to Las Vegas to visit Friends and to Mexico to visit Family.

I was on my way to her house when she told me I couldn’t come Visit her because she had been exposed to Covid-19 at her place of work and needed to get tested, We were both very sad that we could spend time together this weekend like we had planned.  The next morning she went to get tested.

She received the news that her test came back positive.  My sister was devastated because we had just los out Mother on Dec 25th 2020 to covid and her Memorial Service was coming up and she was not going to be able to be with her one last time.  My Sister Quarantined her self I. Her Bedroom so that she wouldn’t expose anyone else, she tried to get better on her own at home like they told her to do she took Tylenol for pain warm teas and soups, despite of all her efforts to get better with help from family and friends she wasn’t feeling any better she was scared and nervous to go to the hospital after everything we had just been going through with our Beautiful Mother and loosing her was the hardest thing for us.
