Pulse survivor Elmer

Elmer is one of the victims of the pulse club shooting in Orlando. Luckily Elmer survived. He is still hospitalized and awaiting a second surgery. He is from El Salvador, and does not have many family here. Please help us help him! He is such a sweet person & it's going thru a very hard time in his life and needs all the help he can get! PLEASE!!
