In Loving Memory of our Christopher LJ Burgess

At just 35, Chris lost his hardest fight to Covid-19. He fought with all his strength and will, doing all he could to get back to his beautiful partner Sam and their 2 boys Shay and Cian, who he loved so deeply and protected with all his might. We are all so proud of him

As a close family we’ve been so shocked and profoundly saddened by Chris’s passing, as we know, you all are too. We have been so overwhelmed by all of your messages of love and support and we thank you all so much.

Chris is known for his infectious laugh, smile, wicked sense of humour and just that warmth radiating from his big, kind heart. He is one incredible, proud man who worked hard, was so dedicated and always approachable for many. He would go above and beyond for everyone he met, making sure they were supported and given the time to be listened too. No matter what, he made you smile, made you laugh and made you feel the best you could be.

Learning how much Chris is loved, how many lives he touched and how many of you would like to help his family at such a devastating time, we have created this page to contribute towards Chris’s funeral, celebration of his life and to continue helping for the time being, where’s needed.
