Hi Everyone! Isaac McPurrrr has been in our lives making us laugh for over nine years now. His pictures on Facebook gets everyone to smile and he is popular with friends and family and everyone he meets. I’ve been told he is special, even for a cat he is different in the way he is affectionate and responds to things. I don’t think I would have made it through this year without him. I am a lucky cat mom! He loves to snuggle, purr, give kisses, and he even does tricks! Today I am asking for your help. The past year he began smacking his lips and showing signs of nausea. After several trips to the vet and a referral to an internal specialist, a sonogram shows he has a large stomach mass that needs a biopsy through an endoscopy procedure. The vet hopes to remove the mass during the procedure but at the very least, see what we are dealing with. The good news is that the doctor does not think it’s cancer but the bad news is that there is a possibility the mass can grow and there is a chance it could be fatal. The endoscopy procedure goes way beyond my financial means of $2,500-$3,000. I have some of the money but not all. I’ve looked into all my options before considering gofundme. I looked into grants and VCA hospitals has a grant for treatment. The grant cannot pay for the endoscopy because he is considered in the diagnostic stage. Thank you for anything, big or small.
