My name is Jennifer, and I am raising money for my beloved friends, the Madrid family. Mark Madrid was recently diagnosed with Moyamoya disease after experiencing some troubling symptoms. As a result, he is set to undergo a Cerebral Arterial Bypass surgery at Stanford Medical Center in Palo Alto California. The are expected to be at Stanford for a minimum of 17 days. The family is faced with covering the cost of travel, lodging, gas, food, medical care, etc. in addition to navigating the stress of the surgery and recovery. My hope is that as a community we can come together to support the Madrid family to ease their burden during this difficult time.
