Ashley's Gender Confirmation Surgery

Unfortunately, one more obstacle has been thrown my way.

I am currently fighting a legal battle regarding the custody of my children. As much as I would like to discuss the details with you all, it's just not appropriate at this time. However, what I can say is this: the money that I had planned to use for this surgery has been quickly drained away as lawyer's fees & related costs.

I had been reluctant to take this step... perhaps it was just my pride, hoping that I could figure out a way to still do this without help... but my friends in the community convinced me that it would be ok and people would understand if I asked for help.

So please, if you can, can you spare a little to help cover the cost of the surgery? I'm really scared at this rate I'm going to have to cancel, and I honestly don't know when or if I'll ever get this opportunity again.
