Hi my name is Ashley and I started this fundraiser to raise money for Caroline and Sean in regards to their new little bundle of joy, Willow!

Teeny tiny baby Willow was born hypoxic and has HIE (Hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy). Which is a type of brain dysfunction that occurs when the brain doesn't receive enough oxygen or blood flow for a period of time. Hypoxic means not enough oxygen; ischemic means not enough blood flow; and encephalopathy means brain disorder. This caused little willow to have a seizure and was quickly transported to Westchester Medical Center. She will remain here for an unknown amount of time while tests are being run.

This go fund me is so if any finances come up while she is down here mom and dad will not have to stress. They are currently waiting for an opening in Ronald McDonald house and until then are paying out of pocket for hotel rooms and gas to transport back and forth from Highland to Westchester as well as food, etc etc.
