The Stone Church Inc. aka Word Alive Ministry Lawrenceville GA. North America was inaugurated on the 19th March 2016 by Rev Alex Adegboye, who is the founder and Senior Pastor of the ministry worldwide. The program was held at The Stone Church Conference Center located at 141 Buford Drive, Lawrenceville GA. 30046.
On October 3rd 1987, I received a call to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ during a Prayer Conference held at the Redemption Camp of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Lagos. Nigeria. It was a long vision that led me to wait upon the Lord for 7 days consecrated fasting and prayer. In the vision, an angel of the Lord appeared to me and I saw a hand coming out of the burning flame of fire at the center of the church altar: and he presented a bible to me with a mandate to take the gospel of liberation and transformation unto nations. Again he said to me"Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness." In that same vision, I saw a lot of "paperlike envelops" piled up at the very center of the altar when the fire appeared and burnt them. When the vision was over, I was deeply teriffied, flabbergasted and scared because I wasn't prepared for such commitment at the time. Immediately I became very sick, ran to the back of the auditorium and started vomitting. This experience was a riddle to me and in my widest immagination I could not fathom how unpredictable this God can be. However, through the help of His grace and support of my brethren, I obeyed the Lord and ever since I have been deeply involved in cross-cultural missions mostly in the West African Sub-region. I attended some bible based ministry training schools, seminars, conferences and mission field assignments under the leadership of Dr. Olatunde Oladoyinbo of the Christian Missionary Foundation.(CMF).
Between 1987-1997, I worked with two local churches as administrator and resident pastor respectifully. On December 26th 1997, My wife and I were ordained and commissioned by Rev Victor Gbolagade Amosun of Occupy World Outreach Ministries. UK to plant our new Church known as the Potter's House Christian Center aka. Kingsway Global Ministries located in Ibadan, Nigeria. The city was then the largest city in West Africa Sub-Region. www.kingswayglobalministries.org
I have authored two books titled "The Heritage" and "The Rhythm of Worship". In December 2009, my family relocated to United States of America as missionaries. Our ministry partnered with many churches and mission agencies to plant churches in several cities and villages across Nigeria. I served as Reinhard Bonnke Fire Conference protocol chairman in 2001 and Crusade Publicity Chairman in 2009 in a city wide crusade in Ibadan.Nigeria. Each of these meetings had over 2million people in attendance and tens of thousands gave their lives to the Lord Jesus Christ.
Through our school of Healing and Deliverance, we have trained hundreds of pastors and church leaders in Strategic Spiritual Warfare. It is a Spiritual empowerment program that focuses on possessing the land through dislodging the power of darkness, breaking down evil altars in families,cities and nations, and empowering believers to maximize their access to all benefits of salvation. Also in 2012, we planted another church in Chicago IL. which has brought joy to many lives and families. We also coordinated mission support programs between some churches and ministries in Chicagoland and Mission agencies in Nigeria. We preach undiluted Word of faith with strong emphazes on Liberation and Transformation.
But in March 2015, the Lord instructed me to move my family to Georgia with a clear mandate to raise Him an ARMY for the end time harvest; and also build him an ARK. It was a very difficult situation for me given the progress we have made both in ministry and business in Chicago IL. But thanks to my wife and children for their unflinching support and belief in my assignment. In August 2015 after a period of waiting upon the Lord in fasting and prayer for about three months here in Atlanta Georgia, I had a vision where the Lord revealed to me the modus operandi of the next face of my assignment here in the States. That same night, a similar message was revelaed to my wife. Surprisingly, two of my resident pastors in Nigeria had same revealation when we were still pondering upon it in my bedroom. And without much ado, I submittted myself under the leadership of Rev Alex Adegboye the Senior Pastor of The Stone Church worldwide for our US operations. I was not disobedient to this heavenly vision because all that matters to me in lfe is to do His will. And on March 19th 2016, The Stone Church Int Lawrenceville Georgia was inaugirated.

As a ministry, we conduct family breakfast fellowship for both married and singles, organize healing and deliverance outreaches( popularly known as Night of Freedom), organize annual business and leadership submits for pastors and church leaders. Our passion is to bring people from all nations unto the Knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ. We are committed to preach this gospel of liberation and transformation at all possible costs and in every region of our assignment.
Our Church building is situated in the prime area of downtown Lawrenceville Georgia with an estimated size of 4824 sq ft.
