In loving memory of Leonardo Vicente

This unexpected passing of Leonardo Vicente today, has brought his family not only grief and sorrow but also financial burden. I have known the family for years now and witnessed how they value not only their family alone but in sharing the love and care to friends, acquaintances in the community. Leonardo Vicente as we call him “Daddy” and his wife Nida Vicente came here in Canada to reunite with their daughter, Jae Clyde Salazar, son-in-law, Mark Salazar and grandsons Lucky and Bubbly, as a tourist. Pandemic time and the whole family was in fear when they all tested positive with CoVid and the rest is history for them. Last january 15, 2021, Jade informed me that she called 911 because there is an emergency situation for Daddy Leonardo, his oxygen level is getting low. He was admitted at the Peter Lougheed Hospital and stayed days for monitoring. We have witnessed, the family has endured numerous uncertainties as they all fight to recover and we thank you all for the support and prayers. But today, January 19th, 2021 a very devastating and unfortunate news the family has to bear, Dady Leonardo passed away We are knocking unto your generous and kind heart of any amount will be of great help, that you can contribute and support Mark and Jade family through this tough times.
