Send A Smile Care Packages aims to send a smile in the post to anyone in the UK suffering with a chronic illness/disability/mental health issue.
The packages are personalised to the applicant's likes, avoid their dislikes and try to cater for any allergies/dietary requirements they may have.
The packages contain things like: fluffy socks, toiletries, colouring books, pencils, pens, sweets, chocolate, tissues etc.
I've so far sent out over 50 packages and am working on even more!
