Bill was selected to have Stem Cell procedure for Pulmonary Fibrosis. The prognosis for Pulmonary Fibrosis is 5 years, Bill was diagnosed 6 years ago. This procedure could improve his condition and possibly add years to his life.  Bill is on a fixed income and doesn't have the funds to pay for this procedure upfront .
