Devin Richard Shaum passed away at 8:55 pm on Wednesday June 15, surrounded by his family who loves him, holding his hand as he passed to the door way of Heaven. He will be missed by his immediate family and his bigger family of all of you! He treated everyone like they were family!

On Thursday afternoon June 9th Devin Shaum was in a motorcycle accident in Stanley Idaho. The accident has caused severe bleeding in his brain, a broken scapula, broken clavicle, 10 broken ribs, collapsed lung and blood around his other lung. He was life flighted to St. Alphonsus in Boise where he remains in a coma in the ICU in critical condition.
Devin has been married to his wife Kim for 32 years in Rexburg Idaho. They have six children and five grandchildren with another one on the way. He's known for telling stories, playing pranks, and long walks around the grocery store. He has served many.
Because Devin has battled MS for most of his life, Kim is currently the sole provider for their family. She faithfully stays by his side and is unable to work, especially since Devin is in Boise and Kim's work is in Rexburg. Each day in the ICU adds up.
