Help Leminh Heal From Breast Cancer

Leminh was diagnosed with Stage 2 ER positive, HER 2 negative breast cancer in November 2017. She chose to go the natural route with some alternative treatments. She has been working with a team of 5 doctors and practitioners, changed her lifestyle, and been consistent in her treatments and lifestyle changes. Her journey has been taxing but the tests have shown gradual and consistent improvement.

In September of 2019, her doctor put her on leave for the third time since she was diagnosed. Treatments and tests can be expensive, especially when not covered by medical insurance. As a result, she has had to stop some of her treatments due to the financial burden. However, the time off and rest proved to be beneficial, as one of the tumors shrank and was expelled from the body, as evidenced by a PET scan. She is at the final stretch of her journey to recovery. I am starting this go fund me for her because after almost 3 years of doing it alone with the help of her parents, she is unable to sustain the costs. In 2018, her medical payments alone totaled $23,000 out of pocket. I am also starting this go fund me because Leminh has decided on taking a new direction in her healing.

On November 9, 2020 Leminh hopes to go to a clinic in Mexico for a low dose radiation treatment after learning about it from a friend who also had breast cancer and received the treatment with successful results. This is a deeply considered decision she has been thinking about since June of 2020 when she had many discussions with the doctor followed by an in person visit to the clinic for a tour and to meet the doctor. This alternative treatment which is a modification of conventional treatment is the right choice for Leminh because it is targeted and given at a less taxing  dosage on the body. The total cost of the treatment including a 2 week stay for treatment in Mexico will total $19,200. We’ve included a summary of the initial treatment plan that was discussed in June.

Any prayers and healing thoughts for a successful treatment would be greatly appreciated. Additionally, it would be deeply appreciated if you would consider helping out with a small contribution or the small action of spreading the word by sharing to all of your friends, family, and social medias before November 9. Thank you.
