My beloved Granfather, Rogelio Arellano (Picudo) passed on 1/11/21 at 4:45 a.m. losing his battle to Covid-19 in Fontana, CA. He was a wonderful son, father, brother, grandfather, uncle and a true friend to all of those who had the pleasure of knowing him. My grandfather, Rogelio dedicated his life to playing Mariachi Music, bringing joy to many families around the world during his early years while touring with Pedro Rey y sus Galleros, and many other mariachi groups he had the pleasure of playing with throughout the years up until his last days. We are truly going to miss his smile and numerous jokes. He was definitely the life of the party. Unfortunately, the family was not prepared for the high cost of a funeral arrangement, let alone two, as my cousin Tony Arellano also passed just a week prior to my grandfather’s passing. Based on the foregoing, I am humbly asking for donations to help cover the cost of funeral expenses for my grandfather.
