29 mile walk from Stirling to Rutherglen
So.. everyone that knows me knows that my dad hung himself when I was 17 and how much it affected me mentally in my early 20s. So I’ve decided this year on his anniversary on the 12th of October instead of spending the day struggling I am going to walk from where I live in Stirling right to my dad’s grave in rutherglen, it’s 29 miles. I think it’s gonna take me about 12/13 hours to walk it, I have decided to do it for charity and I’ve made a go fund me page to raise funds for Andy’s man club which is a men’s suicide prevention charity. Mental health means a lot to me because my dad suffered from it and also I have suffered in the past with post traumatic stress disorder.
Do you want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money in aid of ANDYSMANCLUB Limited and every donation will help. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
