On Saturday 15th July I will be doing a half Ironman Challenge with my son James who suffers with Cerebral Palsy. I will start with a 1.2 mile swim towing James in a dinghy at Bannatynes Health Club Ingleby Barwick. I will then do a 56 mile bike ride as part of Stockton Sportive Cycling event towing James in a special trike. Finally I will run a 13.1 half marathon pushing James in a specially adapted stroller.It's taken nearly a year of training and a lot of personal sacrifice to do this event.
