Please help the Herdman Family...
For anyone who has not heard. Lee Herdman, husband of Melissa Herdman and father of Larissa, Logan, and Nathan, suffered from a massive stroke on May 31, 2016. This was 100% unexpected as Lee had no prior issues or any symptoms, so needless to say, everyone is in shock. The family had just got together the day before for a party over Menorial Day. Lee works at DRS and lives in Johnstown, PA.
Only age 52, Lee has fought for weeks to make it thru the most difficult and trying times in ICU. His love for life and his family has pulled him thru emergency brain surgery to remove a blood clot, but now will have a long and difficult road to recovery with the possibility of paralysis, speech, and other possible issues from the complications of his stroke. The family has basically been living at the hospital these past few weeks at Lee's bedside helping him day by day. It been as stressful as anyone could imagine for them but their love and bond has never been stronger in these most difficult times. Lee has had nothing but love and compassion for all those around him. He has helped so many with unselfishness every day of his life.
The goal of this fund we set up for the Herdman Family is to allow the family to focus 100% on getting Lee healthy again and help them with all the medical expenses, bills, and all the months of rehabilitation Lee will have to go thru to hopefully get him back to the life he had prior to this unexpected event. Please give anything you feel could help. Every penny is a blessing. No amount is too small.
