I’m making this Gofund me for my best friend of 15 years because she is in desperate need of a kidney transplant. This Friday after waiting almost a month for her biopsy results they diagnosed her with pgnmid. It is a rare kidney disease that doctors still do not have a cure for. Unfortunately with the insurance that she has she is not able to get the tests and help that she needs because a lot of the tests that are needed are not covered with her insurance. In order to qualify for a kidney transplant your kidneys have to be functioning at 10%. Right now her kidneys are functioning at 30% and they have given her a year until they give out on her. There is no cure for pgnmid only thing they can do is monitor how fast her kidney function is dropping and hope they can get her new ones fast enough. My best friend is a hard working mother of 2 beautiful girls that need her. Whether we have to go out of the country for this transplant or get it here we need to raise enough money to get her a kidney transplant so she can survive. Anything that is donated is highly appreciated please help my best friend. She is only 27 years old she has so many aspirations and plans she has to get better. She has been through so much in her life and I watched her work so hard and go to school just so she could end up getting this. It’s not fair but with your help we can get her the help she needs. Please help pay for her medical expenses and get her the right specialist and speed up the process for a kidney transplant. I am begging you to help her I cannot bear the thought of loosing my best friend she has been through so much and remains such a beautiful person inside and out she has so much more life ahead of her.
