Amanda Finley theft recovery fund
Donation protected
On 6/8/16, someone broke into the house Amanda Finley was renovating and stole everything in it. All of her new appliances, dressers, tools, building material, and most painfully, a collection of figures, some of which are incredibly rare. Even her new doors, lights, and ceiling fans were stolen. All told, about $2500 worth of stuff was taken. Because the house was switched over into her name, but the insurance was still in her mom's name, the insurance is refusing to pay anything. She has been working hard on renovating this house for the past two years. Currently, she is staying with her parents and helping them with their failing health and finances while attempting to build a house for herself. After moving out, she was hoping to get them more help as well. This theft was a major setback for her.
Not everything can be replaced, but right now any amount of help would be appreciated. She's worked so hard for so long for this house. As her friends, we want to do everything we can to help her.
