28th Annual Christmas In The Wards Spectacular

For nearly three decades, Christmas in the Wards works with civic and business leaders, community partners and elected officials throughout the Chicago region to bring the spirit of the holiday season to hard working families, students and youth.

In partnership with local leaders and schools, Christmas in the Wards identifies need-based families from hard to count communities across the city and invites them to one of three Christmas Spectacular events where they not only receive Christmas gifts from their wish lists but essentials like food, clothing, and bedding along with educational technology and access to mentoring services and internet essentials to bridge the digital divide .

Since 1996, Christmas in the Wards has raised more than $8 million dollars and helped thousands of families experience the joy of the holiday season. Your support of the 2024 Christmas in the Wards Christmas Spectacular Events helps us help more families - who might not otherwise have the means - to celebrate the Christmas holiday season or provide basic essentials.
