Bajo Tierra Kitchen is a business started by Cynthia Smith and Elianna Madril. Together, we have a varied set of skills, including business management, customer service, food preparation, and farming. We are using these skills to process fresh, organic and local produce into Kimchi. For the past two years we have slowly been investing in equipment and having our product tested at the U of A lab. Now we are ready to take the next steps, which include getting business insurance, getting licensed from the AZ Health Department, moving into an official kitchen, and purchasing more equipment. At Bajo Tierra Kitchen we love feeding people good food, and know that food brings us all closer together. We have set a goal to be officially ready to sell our product by August 1st 2016. Help us reach our goal so that we can get our Kimchi into your bellies and hearts. Any amount helps, we are so thankful to everyone who has given us support by believing in us and encouraging us to pursue our dreams.
