Apex SG principal contribution

Team, This is a “invitation only” private equity ground zero effort for what will eventually become “Apex Solutions Group” LLC or Corp. To participate in future business development discussions, structure decisions, marketing, etc... we are asking for a NON REFUNDABLE deposit of $250.00. NLT 15 January 2021. We are tracking six to eleven potential investors as of today. As soon as the key sub committees produce our operating agreement, structure, location (physical and web) the funds collected here will be utilized to start our banking account(s). *$250 is an entry fee, other contributions may be needed in the future.
