Please Help with Jennifer's Journey!

Ok so I'm not even sure where to start because I'm so heartbroken to even have to be doing this for my Beautiful BFF Jennifer Roe Rankin! We've been BFF'S since 9th grade and have been through so much together and now she is fighting for her life! Jennifer's life was flipped upside down on Dec. 3rd 2020 when she woke up in the middle of the night with pain in her abdomen and lower back, she got up to get a drink of water and decided to try and go back to sleep in the recliner but the pain got so intense she had to wake her husband up and get to the ER. At that point Jennifer and her husband was just thinking it was a possible kidney stone, or kidney infection since she had no other symptoms. Unfortunately they were blindsided with the news they received that night in the ER, as nobody wants to be told they have a huge mass on their kidney. They transported Jennifer from lake regional at lake of the Ozarks to KU medical to do further testing. The doctors confirmed it was stage 4 kidney cancer, she also had blood clots in her lungs, and the cancer had even began to spread to her lungs. Jennifer has been doing treatments and chemo pills ever since for the last 7 months and things were looking pretty good! The doctors were telling her the tumor on her kidney was shrinking and the tumors in her lungs had not gotten any bigger so they scheduled for her to have her kidney removed on July 23rd but unfortunately that came to a halt as well! She started having some back pain again and was having difficulty walking which the doctors thought oh it's probably just a pinched nerve but the MRI showed different. She just got the results for the MRI last week which now the cancer is in her tailbone on some nerves so surgery for her kidney is postponed and now she has to do 15 radiation treatments starting next week. Jennifer hasn't worked in 7 months and even though her husband is working and taking care of 2 kids in the Ozarks they have made it through but are starting to struggle. Jennifer and her older son are staying with her parents in Independence while getting treatments. Her Parents are helping any way they can but with a limited income, they too are starting to struggle. Even after surgery to remove the tumor and the kidney she will still have a long road ahead of her with continued treatments for the rest of her life. I just wanted to try and give her and her family a little piece of mind with everything else going on. Nobody likes to ask for help, but sometimes unfortunate circumstances happen and we have to swallow our pride and ask. So any donations at this time would help her out tremendously and be a wonderful blessing!
