Funeral For Alyssa Daymoon Cohen

Dear Friends and Family, I am writing to you today to let you know about the loss of my dear cousin, Alyssa Cohen - 21 years old of Phoenix, AZ. Alyssa was a beautiful, loving, kindhearted soul, so full of life - with such potential for a bright future ahead. Sadly, over Alyssa’s last few years of life, she battled with obstacles of mental health, addiction and instability. Her whereabouts where unknown until the recent news of her passing on December 13, 2020. Alyssa was a loving sister, cousin, granddaughter and daughter. She was bubbly, charismatic and there wasn’t anything she wouldn’t do for her loved ones. She enjoyed singing, dancing, eating her Nana’s cooking and spending time with her family. She was a stellar student and had dreams of going to college and becoming successful. She is survived by her Grandparents - Mary Lou, George and Mimi - her siblings Isaiah, Miranda, Charles, Kayla, and Brieana, her father Neil, and many other family members. Based on quotes received, we are trying to raise $4,500. This will cover costs for her cremation and burial vault. Providing her loved ones a point of remembrance.
