David Vargas, a fun-loving, handsome and generous person. Comes from a large family, 10 children to be exact; 6 sisters and 3 brothers. David, the fourth child born in Orange, California and grew up in Fresno, California. The Biggest 49er fan. Loves his team even when the team has a losing season.
David is a wonderful guy and kind to others. My older sister, Mary Jean (MJ) is truly blessed to call him her husband of 28 years, as of Oct. 26 2019. They share (3) beautiful children, Desiree (from his previous marriage), Michelle and Adam.
On the evening of Oct. 30, 2019, David complained of pains in his abdomen and sides. Thinking it’s appendicitis, David & MJ went to the ER at Hoag Irvine. They received devastating news, the doctors saw a mass. Informing them it may be cancerous. After additional test, it was confirmed…Colon Cancer Stage 4, the cancer has spread to his liver and lungs.
Today, David underwent a 4-hour surgery to remove the cancer. Awaiting the biopsy and chemotherapy. Still a lot of unknowns. He has a long battle ahead. With his loving family along his side, he is not alone with this fight.
With your generous donations, this will help the costly medical expenses and treatments for David. Whatever you can spare, David, his family and I greatly appreciate it.
David’s family would like to thank you for your love, support and your continuing prayers.
