Algae surgery cost

Algae needs surgery ASAP, I am asking for HELP friends and family!!
As most of you are aware, my Shepherd mix Algae is my world since the day I rescued him out of the lake 8.5 years ago. I know how much he matters to so many of you, he is everyone’s favorite. Well this week my world crumbled into a million little pieces when I found a very large liver mass growing in his abdomen. I can give you all the details of my mental breakdown if you’d like because as most of you also know I’ve already had to say bye to two giant pieces of my heart in the last 6 months. Not one, but two very important fur babies and I refuse to make it three. 2020 is definitely not my year! I didn’t give up on the last two without giving it my all and I cant give up on Algae.
The liver mass is the equivalent to a ticking time bomb inside my pup and can rupture at any moment making him a critical patient and making surgery a more difficult option. I NEED TO GET THE MASS OUT WHILE HE IS STABLE. I have begged and pleaded with every surgeon within an hour radius to see him and after days of back and fourth Coral Springs Animal Hospital has agreed to squeeze him in for Monday morning.
There is a chance this mass is benign and everyone’s favorite little man will be perfectly back to normal after surgery. If it is cancer and he needs chemo or further treatments I will cross that bridge as it comes, but until then the main goal is getting the tumor out before it takes Algae out!
The range on his procedure is from 4,200-6,200 dollars. I know it’s a long shot asking for help in this crappy year, but I am definitely in over my head here. I CAN NOT LOSE MY BABY THOUGH. I have applied for a second job, I’m donating plasma and even have a family friend willing to lend me her credit card to keep my baby alive. Any little bit can definitely go a long way!!
THANK YOU SO MUCH. Algae and I love and appreciate you all
