UPDATE -- FEBRUARY 16, 2019: This is an updated story regarding my long-running legal spat with Rebel Media's Ezra Levant, who sued me back in June of 2016 for pointing out a number of obvious financial issues with his 2016 Indiegogo fundraiser for the Red Cross in aid of Fort McMurray. At that time, I was one of a number of people who were publicly criticizing the structure of the fundraiser. Rather than acknowledge those issues and clarify or fix them, Ezra chose instead to sue me for defamation.
