When I started my battle with cancer I had no idea 4 years and many surgeries later I would still be in the fight of my life.  So many of us avoid subtle symptoms, so many of us think, no cancer in my family, and then just like it has been called by the experts the silent killer rears its ugly head, and our journey begins.  As my day to day battle continues I am grateful for every morning, sunset, and blue sky.  Cancer does that to you...makes you step up and live life as full as possible.  I am blessed to have such a wonderful group of friends and family support.  I couldn't do this otherwise.
