Grief Yoga Teacher Training

As many of you know, the focus of the past 14 months of our lives has been a deep dive into grief and the aftermath of catastrophic loss. As I return to teaching yoga, I have been curious about what is next for me, and on my birthday I received an invitation to participate in a Grief Yoga teacher training, the facilitator had no idea it was my birthday ;) as I have not worked for over a year, I don’t have funds to allocate to this training but I feel drawn to participate and bring this type of class offering to our community.

if you feel drawn to contribute, the class begins Jan 22, and completes in March, it is via zoom and does not require me to travel. Please consider the impact of adding a grief resource to our community, something we are sorely lacking in Grant County!
