Champs medical bills

Louis Perry III, 37, a Gloucester native and Father of 3 children, Tayla 19, Olivia 16 and Louis IV 10, suffered a stroke last week that left him medically unstable and in the intensive care unit at Lahey Burlington Medical Center after having brain surgery that hopefully will help save his life. His wife Erica has been by his side to advocate for Lou as he can not speak for himself and as they navigate this long journey to recovery. She is unable to work because of his changing condition hour to hour. As a community, we have always come together to help one another and I am asking for support for this family who have touched so many in town. Any of you who know Lou know that he has a resiliance that keeps him moving forward, but this next phase of this unfortunate event will be a battle. Luckily, Lou has been physically active and has competed in Triathlons, Marathons, and completed 7 Iron Man competitions world wide as well as being the 2007 Saint Peters Fiesta Friday Greasy Pole Champion. Lou is certainly strong, but he is up for the race of his life. Please keep our champ in your thoughts and prayers and if possible please donate towards a fund that will help the medical costs as well as daily expenses that are incurred while Lou runs the hardest race of his life.
