It is a tradition at the Museum Magnet School that our eighth graders go to Amish Country/Hershey Park for their end of year trip.  This overnight trip is an exciting opportunity for many of our students to travel out of state on an educational and fun adventure. 

This year, our families are having a difficult time paying for this trip.  As a school, unfortunately, we do not have the funds to provide scholarships to our families in most need.  Several of our students have opted not to go on this trip because of the financial burden it was cause for their families.

We believe that our students deserve every opportunity that other children have regardless of their socio-economic status. 

We would greatly appreciate any donation that you can make to helping our eighth graders have a memorable end to their middle school years.  Our students are deserving of this opportunity and have earned it by being kind and respectful members of their school community.
