Hello Friends, Family and Colleagues!
We are the Leadership Las Vegas Class of 2016 - a passionate and diverse group of community members committed to using our strengths to improve Southern Nevada.
As our class capstone project we will be implementing a Buddy Bench Program in ten (10) public elementary schools within the Clark County School District. This education-centric program will empower elementary school students with the values of friendship, compassion, the confidence to ask for help, and the strength of character to stand up for one another.
The Buddy Bench is an on-campus bench designated as a safe place for kids to safely go when they need a friend and/or are facing a challenging time in his/her life.

To ensure this program’s success we are asking for your support! Your generous donation no matter how small will guarantee this program’s success and will positively impact the lives in thousands of Southern Nevada kids!
This program will be implemented the Fall of 2016 to help kickstart the 2016-2017 school year.

100% of monies raised will be utilized for the creation of the Buddy Bench and the essential teaching tools to ensure program sustainability within each school.
