Lilly is a little girl with a big heart. She's only 8 but she wants to do her part to help the world. Partnered with her little brother, she has a goal to raise enough money to purchase 250 bottles of Usanimals (a kids multivitamin) for children in 3rd world countries. She is doing this in support of the True Health Foundation.

Over the past few months, we have been talking to Lilly and Joshua about being grateful for all they have - not just toys and things, but unlimited healthy food and clean water. So after a few family discussions, we decided that the family would raise money for a charity that helps kids in parts of the world that don't what we have in Canada.

Lilly and Joshua have been working so hard to raise the money. They go knocking on neighbours doors 1-2 nights a week, asking relatives and even holding a lemonade stand.  As of June 6th, they have raised enough money for 45 of the 250 bottles.

The goal may have been a bit more then we can chew but I don't want Lilly and Josh to give up on their goal. I want them to keep working hard and to know that no matter how small, everyone can make a big difference.

The mission of the True Health Foundation is to provide the most critical human necessities—nutrition, clothing, shelter, medical assistance, and health education to those who are suffering or in need.
