Less than 24hours after being born our beautiful Lucy Grace was taken away from us by Child Protective Services. They received a false report about both parents as well as grandparents on both sides. The false report was made by a "friend" we considered to be more like family. NO LAW WAS BROKEN WHATSOEVER, but the State of California and CPS is chose to believe the fabrications made in the repand therefore placed our baby girl in a foster home pending further investigation. Our hearts have been shattered and we are at a loss of words. We don't understand how a child can be taken from the care of two loving and fit parents without any law being broken. This has destroyed what was meant to be the happiest time of our lives. We desperately need help to pay for an attorney that can get our little Lucy back in our arms.
