Helping Greg after bad injury caused CRPS

I am writing to ask for help for my brother, Greg. Over the summer, Greg sustained a severely broken ankle. After surgery, he was diagnosed with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. It's a very painful and debilitating illness. It is not curable, but can be managed. He has not been able to return to work due to the severe pain and inability to walk without medication and crutches. He has lost his health insurance and is going to have to pay for COBRA until he can return to work. He loved his job and is doing his best through PT and pain management to get back as quickly as possible. In the meantime, his income has been drastically reduced (he's on temporary disability) and his medical insurance cost is going up considerably. Any donations will be used to help him keep the roof over his head and his vehicle going to get back and forth to physical therapy and eventually back to work.
