As Destin Colman (my boyfriend) was delivering for DoorDash on December 9th, 2020, a now identified male, jumped into the delivery vehicle. Destin attempted to stop the theft of the car. However, in his effort, Destin was consequently dragged for two blocks before losing his grip. The driver then proceeded to reverse the car, running over both of Destin’s legs. We are thankful that Destin is alive, he is recovering with severe bruising, scars, and other healing injuries. Destin’s story could have gone very differently.
