Chris Anderson's Cancer Fund
Donation protected
Hello my name is Kayla Hanson and I am setting up this account for my Dad. He was recently diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma Type B.
This fund will go towards the cost of his specialists, co-pays, PET scans, chemotherapy and other accrued medical expenses along the way.
My dad’s story began very recently…he had a lump underneath his arm that grew quite fast and very large. He went in and had an ultrasound done on the lump and they decided he needed a biopsy. When the results came back he was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma Type B. After the diagnosis he had a PET scan and bone marrow taken from his hip to diagnose the stage of cancer.
Those results came back that he has two more spots in his neck and two more in his back near his spine. He will have a dye test completed on his heart and chemotherapy will begin next Friday. He will need 6 treatments of chemotherapy. Once those 6 treatments are completed they will do another PET scan to see if the spots have reduced.
My dad is the type of person who is very proud and would never set up an account for himself that is why I am doing this for him it’s the least I can do. My dad is the strongest and most caring man that I have ever met and this is the least that I can do for him. We definitely need him around for his grandchildren. Thank you to anyone who donates we appreciate it greatly.
