My name is James Marcellana and I am opening this Go Fund Me page to help with Paul David Gatens III.  Paul and his father have been a part of the track community for the last year and have become friends of mine through a mutual friend.

Paul had an unfortunate incident on turn 12 of Road Atlanta this past Friday and was life flighted out in the morning to North Georgia Medical where they performed surgery on his spine.

He broke his C4 on his neck and the surgery was neccessary to reduce the swelling.

I get a daily update from Paul David's dad daily and as of now he can move his right and left leg and can flex both his wrists is the short story.

I can only imagine how expensive the medical bills can be so and that's why I am asking the track communtiy to help out.    

Let's keep Paul David and his family in our prayers for a full recovery!
